Adult Day Service

Sunshine Adult Day Services is a place where personal and social needs are met in a caring and active atmosphere. This program provides health, social, and related support services for participants requiring a supervised structural environment. Participants enjoy community integration, socialization, life skill enhancement activities, arts/crafts, health monitoring, and recreational activities to support their current needs.

Admission Criteria

Participant must have a diagnosed disability, such as cognitive impairment, cerebral palsy, orthopedic impairment, seizure disorder, visual impairment, spina bifida, dementia, etc. The Personal Support Team has determined that the adult day service program is the most appropriate setting to address the participant’s needs.

Hours

• Monday through Friday
• 7:00 am through 4:00 pm
